OVERVIEW

ART EXPO ALGARVE was founded by a group of gallery owners and curators in order to respond to the necessity of showcasing artworks in Portugal and Spain. After having identified the need and demand for a large-scale contemporary art fair near the south coast of Portugal and Spain, ART EXPO ALGARVE was born.

What are your ticket prices?
General Admission – FREE ENTRY (Friday to Sunday)
Are dogs allowed at the fair?
Yes, we are happy for well-behaved dogs on leads to come along and enjoy the artwork! However, please note weekends can be particularly busy and some dogs may find the environment stressful. Please be mindful of other visitors and of course, our lovely artworks!
What food and drink options are there?
You will find a delicious variety of hot and cold food to fuel your art hunt, plus tea, coffee and snack options. For drinks, head to the central bar where you’ll find wines, prosecco, champagne, and lager.
Is the fair fully accessible?
Yes, is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Can I buy and take art home on the same day?
Yes, we will provide a complimentary wrap station for exhibitors who have sold artworks to clients wishing to take their purchase home immediately.
Will I be photographed or filmed during my visit?
Photography and filming takes place at all event. It is common practice and helps us to inspire future visitors to discover the joy of collecting art..

Will the café / restaurant be open?
Yes, our bars and cafés are open, serving a range of delicious food and drink to help fuel your art search.
Are pushchairs allowed at the fair?
Yes, as always pushchairs are welcome.
Will fair guides and maps be available?
Yes there will be a printed fair guide and map available to pick up onsite
